Who We Are
Company founder, Tracey Cunningham, has delivered smooth, professional, quality events in the UK and internationally for over 20 years.
Based just outside Edinburgh in Pencaitland, East Lothian, TC Events are here to cover all your event management projects. Tracey
has been fortunate to work with top corporations, charities and public sector organisations on a world stage. Her wide range of experience, passion for outstanding customer experiences and a focus on obtaining results drives an enthusiastic team to excel.

Years of experience at your fingertips
We have had the privilege of working alongside many teams within Sky UK. From brief to evaluation, we delivered a vast variety of events including award ceremonies, leadership group meetings, roadshows and regional and national conferences for their UK wide workforce. Planning these events often included collaborating with a number of internal stakeholders such as design teams, resource planning, production, site managers, security, HR, talent liaison, PR and of course the Internal and Corporate communication managers, to ensure their visions were logistically deliverable.
Working directly with the Press & Communications team at CNI, we delivered their International C-Suite conference in June 2018 at The Grove, Watford. The event consisted of a two-day conference incorporating main plenary, workshops and breakout sessions, with a welcome drinks reception and evening BBQ. We were directly responsible for all AV/Production, graphic presentation design, catering, staging and setting for evening events, budget management and 3rd party supplier sourcing and liaison.
CFA Society UK
The CFA Society UK retained Tracey's services in 2018 to undertake a review of their existing events programme. Working within the organisation to gain knowledge of the internal processes and strategies, she was able to evaluate their programme and complete a detailed report for the executive board. The report outlined recommendations for change and enhancements to their existing programme, cost analysis and guidance for future improvements.

CFA Society UK partnered with TC Events Consultancy on a 3 month project to review our current programme and provide consultancy on our strategic approach to events planning and financing, formatting, delivery and staffing.
Her evaluation report, insights and subsequent recommendations were invaluable in cementing our existing thinking in several areas and provided challenging questions in others. Tracey provided both immediate, easily applied alterations as well as ideas and solutions for the short, medium and long term. Her approach and communication with staff, members and other stakeholders was excellent and I was kept fully up to date with how the project was progressing at all stages.
